ᴅᴀɴɪᴇʟ ᴘᴀʀᴋᴇʀ:

Daniel scowled when he heard Mam being rational. Did the man really just say no to him? Danny couldn’t help but roll his eyes at the subsequent question - the expectation of Mam that he would actually explain himself. Rationality was no longer in Daniel’s vocabulary… not with what happened with Delilah and especially not with what he had learned about Jezebel. If anything, Daniel only had himself to blame… for both problems. He had a rule: one; he wouldn’t look into his friends’ past. Did he have files on them? Sure - he had files on everyone - it was copied directly from the school database and his own computer program found the rest. However, Daniel had never touched the files. Not to mention, he trusted them… he trusted Jezebel… big mistake. Two; he wouldn’t protect himself. And today; he had failed on both fronts. He trusted when he shouldn’t have and he made a mistake… one that he’d need to take to Delilah about sooner or later - but for now, he chose later.

Daniel turned to Mam for a second, "Your choice buddy. Live a little - come on. Who cares, it’s the last day before break - what big important tests do you have? All teachers are doing is trying to get through the day. Who cares if we start our vacation a little early?

Daniel’s attention diverged once he saw Elodie being stopped by her twin. Yep - he didn’t even deserve recognition in Daniel’s mind - he would forever be called ‘the twin.’ The man watched with intrigue as the twin attempted to stop Elodie, however, she soon joined Daniel in the heli - and by that, he meant that Elodie practically ran to the chopper. See, he wasn’t the only person who needed an escape.

Handing the girl a pair of noise-canceling headphones - connected to a mic so they could hear each other over the noise of the rotating blades on top of them, Daniel smiled at the girl, “Since we’re not stopping to grab luggage; I’ll give you the honor of a shopping spree when we land in Aspen. My parent’s assistant arranged some warm clothes in the private jet - so we should be good for the first day,” he muttered. However, the moment she asked about Jezebel, Daniel went limp for a second. Though, he soon replaced it with a feigned nonchalance; “She can’t come anymore. It’s fine; we’ll still have a grand time.”

The moment those words left his lips, Daniel turned his head towards the door once again - seeing an annoyed Mam, and, finally, Mikel exiting the building. Though, his sight rather drifted towards the window - seeing a familiar face looking back at him; washing a layer of guilt over his body before he forced himself to look away and turn back towards Mikel nearing the heli. “2 Minutes everyone”

Mamoud Essa

You have 5 minutes to decide if you are getting on this helicopter or not. Daniel said. That sentence did not please Mamoud. The more he stared at this situation, the weirder it got. And stakes were only rising as Dorian entered the scene, he and Elodie’s muffled speech cluttering the air, and distracting Mamoud away from Daniel’s response.

Mamoud had to trust his friend right now. There was no time for judgement, they had been out here long enough, the bell had rung in the background and the hallway was now empty so if they wanted to walk to class they would do it alone. It was for the better though, it helped Mamoud rationalize and listen to his heart that was telling him to go instead of questioning his friend that was clearly going through it right now. For what? To be right? He knew he had to put that down, Mamoud always wants more, no matter how much he may have but what could he expect if he didn’t give it first?

“Okay.” Summoning energy to put into the dramatic steps of his feet, following them into the airplane, the group moved like a team. He payed no attention to Dorian, only to their jet before them, ready for takeoff.

He raised his foot to stomp step onto the chopper and took the nearest seat to the door, relaxing his muscles, his back slouching on the smooth leather. He was about to get into the details with Daniel, but Elodie was already on it. He heard the end of her sentence, catching Jezebel’s name and the word before it. Where was she? He wondered to himself. Mamoud noticed them both wearing headphones, he raises his brows a little bit and then started looking to see if they were at his seat too.

Mamoud found a pair of headphones and followed the que. He put the headphones on over the messy hair that hid his ears. He heard the awkward rub loudly, and he raised his hand up to fix it but then heard something that made him look up. “She can’t come anymore. It’s fine; we’ll still have a grand time.” Mamoud made a concerned face, ignoring the hair locks tickling his ear. “What happened?” He asked his friend out of pure curiosity. Mamoud suspected that something was up, considering Jezzie was his partner in crime, and she would definitely be here. And as careless as Daniel could be, he wouldn’t have said what he did so sharply without good reason, he’s usually easy going.

A smile finally appeared on Jezebel’s face as Candice hugged her. It meant a lot to her. Even if it didn’t last, Candice seemed to care. “A birthday trip to remember.” Jezebel tried her best to wipe off some of the remaining tears from her face as she watched Candice grab a makeup bag. She stood still and let Candice work her magic. Jezebel still didn’t feel completely better, but thanks to Candice she at least looked better and was alright enough to face the world again. “Yeah I don’t have a desire to stick around here any longer than I have to. I don’t think I could stand it going into class.” Jezebel nodded with a smile. “That would be awesome. I’d like that.” The thought of getting away was a relief to Jezebel. She had originally planned for the trip Daniel was going on, so she had already planned for being away from home. So, it wasn’t much of a drastic change in plans for her. Going to Paris would be an escape, and then she could deal with everything when she got back. “I just need to drop by my locker, and I’ll be ready to go.”

Lyonrad nodded, learning of Sadie’s name. He closed his bag so that he could fully give his attention to the girl, letting it hang behind him from one shoulder. His brows arched at the nonchalant answer she gave to his question, questioning the nature of her gift. He passed by Sadie and jerked his head as if to invite her to go to the side of the hall.

“Boring?” he questioned, “Then it’s something better than mine.” He gave light sigh at the though of his “gift.” He was still disturbed about it. It was something he thought he could bury forever—who thought it would be reminded to him with a present? Not him, obviously. Who would want to be reminded of such a past, anyway?

Saturday 10:00 pm, 4th January, The Hunter Household

The much anticipated day had finally arrived. Excitement about the fact that it was the first party with all students back together again, but mostly because they had previously been told that today was the day they had the first opportunity to interfere with other poeple’s points scores. The Senior class had been told to use them wisely, as the end of the party will be an updated list of Blue Bloods.

But for now, it’s time to party, reminisce on the Winter Break and play secret-revealing games at the house of Calen James Hunter, who had eagerly volunteered his home to excel further up the social ladder - and his house alone would successfully doing that, screaming wealth at every corner. It was obvious it belonged to a celebrity, as whoever walked in automatically felt and was treated like one by the many caterers and bartenders that had been hired just for this one extravagant night.

Mikel was not happy to be home. The minute he walked back into his home after getting back from the trip with his friends, he was greeted to his parents in a fight. The last thing he said to them before leaving was “why don’t you two just get divorced already” and then slammed the door and started walking. He stopped at his car and then grabbed a plastic water bottle that he was now carrying in his hands, but there wasn’t water in it. Though the way he was drinking it, you would have thought it was just water. He knew that Calan was throwing a party tonight and that was just the thing Mikel needed. Well he thought he needed. He knew the way to his house and started walking even though it was a good thirty-minute walk away.

As he walked down the sidewalk to get to his destination, people were looking at him strangely from their cars as he danced and swung his arms to the song he was singing, more yelling. He should’ve known they were fighting. They always did. He also knew he shouldn’t be drinking from this bottle either but he didn’t care right now. He knew this was how he used to numb himself and even though he hated that side of him, it was all he knew to do right now.

He made it to the house finally and took in how large it was for a second before walking into the front door. There was music playing and other people already here. If he hadn’t walked the whole way here, he would’ve been here earlier but now he was fashionably late. At least this party was more chill than the others that had been going on this year. This was more Mikels speed. “Game?” He mumbled to himself before finishing off what was in the bottle. “Let’s play a game.” He said with a smirk to no one in particular and walked the rest of the way into the living room, practically falling into the couch as he sat down and leaned his elbows on his knees waiting for others to join him. The occasional laugh coming from his lips.

Winter getaway with Mikel, Mamoud and Daniel was probably the best thing that could’ve happened to her. Or just the beginning of it. It was fun to spend some time away from everyone, to shop with Mamoud even if she felt bad because she wasn’t the one paying for all that stuff, to just relax and forget about things she didn’t want to think about. But not everything can have a happy ending. One thing led to another and she did something she thought she wouldn’t do in the near future. And it wasn’t something simple or stupid, it was serious and she could only hope her… friend could figure something out as soon as possible.

To make things worse, Calen was throwing a party and she really didn’t want to go. Saying she doesn’t want him around her wasn’t a joke. From the moment she got back home she tried to avoid her father as much as possible, not even being able to look her own mother in the eyes. And thinking about having to got school with Calen was enough to ruin her mood but what was she supposed to say? What kind of excuse could she come up with just so she could miss that party? “You’re not ready?” Looking up from her phone towards the door she left open, cuddled up with her fuzzy blankets, she saw Dorian leaning against it with crossed arms and slightly confused expression on his face. He was still upset with her leaving so suddenly, without saying anything but she was happy he didn’t want to mention it. It felt like he was just glad she was finally back and safe.

“I’m not going,” she mumbled, looking back at her phone, trying to think of something she could say. An excuse. “I’m sleepy,” she quickly added, putting on a fake and not so convincing smile as she pulled up one of her blankets, covering half of her face. She was never a good liar and she never tried to lie to her family, they knew her pretty well and knew exactly what her words meant. “Are you ok? Did you take-” Hearing Dorian’s concerned voice, she took a deep breath, throwing her blankets to the side and sitting up. “I am, don’t worry. Give me 30 minutes and we can go?”

She was quiet as Dorian was driving to the place, keeping her gaze glued to her phone but she could feel he wasn’t as excited as he pretended to be. It did confuse her, maybe something happened to him too while she was away. Or maybe he… knew? About their father. What if Calen told him? What if… no. If Dorian knew he would definitely cause a scene. Shaking those thoughts, she looked up at the place as they approached it, pleasantly surprised with it. It looked exactly like she imagined, even better than that. Getting out of the car and fixing her dress, she tried to prepare herself for possibly more unpleasant conversations before slowly following Dorian inside. But the moment they walked in she felt overwhelmed by everything. She didn’t want to be there, she didn’t want to have that many people around her, so without saying anything she separated from Dorian trying to find a less crowded spot.

Kara’s good moments overshadowed her bad moments when she thought about winter break. Of course Paris was all she could think about and the new clothes she bought, and how she grew closer to the people on the trip. She tried not to think about how her dad couldn’t even look her in the eye because of the document she put in Tala’s locker. She also tried not to think about how worse the tasks might get. Instead, she focused on Calen’s party and what might happen there. She got out of her car and sashayed into the house. She felt more fresh and ready for anything to come her way. That’s when she spotted Madelyn. In the corner. Of the room. She stood still with her arms crossed while glaring at her.
“What’s she doing here?” That was the last thing she thought would happen at this party, even though she was supposed to be prepared for anything.

Winter break was fun, deep inside her she wished it never ended but that’s not how things work.
But a party to end that was exactly what she needed.
The much anticipated party was at calen’s house, which made her frown a little but as a person she didn’t really have any problem with him.
After getting ready for the party she headed out towards Calen’s house, ordering a taxi because she wasn’t really planning on being able to drive home afterwards.
She stood in front of the house for a second, it was a very prettt house which didn’t surprise her not even the slightest bit, Warren definitely did seem like the type of guy to have a fancy house.
She walked in and looked around, being fashionably late she could see most of her class was already there, so she headed to the bar and grabbed herself a drink as she always does.
She looked aside and spotted Calen also standing quite close to where she was, they did hit it off to quite a rocky start but she didn’t really like it that way.
“Hey there mister host” she said with a light smile “Nice house you got there” she added complimenting the house and sipped her drink

Delilah’s winter vacation had been only what she deserved: the best. Though she had gone solo, Delilah certainly wasn’t on her own when she woke up every morning. Each day was spent like a celebrity and she did not hesitate to show it off to her big following. Instead of being upset that when it ended, she had left with only determination running through her body - to win.

@delilah.rhx has posted an image on social media

Arriving home, Delilah was faced with two new important notifications. One, an invite to Calen Hunter’ party - that she would certainly be of attendance, and two, an opportunity to give and- what was more important to her- take away points from other students. Though she tried to be tactful about it, Delilah really just used it as a way to stop the people she disliked from being Blue Royalty when taking away points. As for giving them, Delilah selected those that seemed like… lost causes. She assumed that the five points she gave them would be the only points they would ever be receiving.

When the day of Calen’s party arrived, Delilah selected the perfect time to turn up in style. She made sure her driver had taken the Rolls Royce to park right at the entrance of the house - making sure no one misses it… and no one misses her arrival. She was dressed in the ideal ‘comeback’ outfit after her long absence over the break, though she was certain that nobody had forgotten her.

Entering the house, Delilah immediately scanned the open layout of the house, comparing it to her own. No, it wasn’t as extravagant and affluent as her own - to which she took a sigh of relief, now able to enjoy the party in a house inferior to hers. Almost as soon as she relaxed, someone entered the party whom Delilah hadn’t seen since the start of the Winter break, and someone she had been subconsciously avoiding for the duration of the break. Since they had not interacted for a long time, Delilah was now unsure of how to tackle talking to him again for the first time.

Unlike everyone else, Dorian didn’t do much over the winter break, he was just exercising and preparing for upcoming games. That was the only thing he could do to distract himself from thinking about his last day of school, before the break. At least the fake sword he received looked good in his room.

Arriving to the party, he was too busy fixing his hoodie and looking around the place to notice his sister was not by his side anymore. “Do you want-“ Turning to face her, he became confused in his speech and stopped in the middle of what he was saying, realizing she already left him standing there alone. “Ok,” mumbling to himself, slightly annoyed by it, he started walking around and searching for his friends. Tala being the first person that came to his mind, but she was nowhere to be seen. Usually it was easy to find her consider he knew who she hangs out with but even her friends were standing somewhere alone or with people he didn’t know. Approaching the bar and ordering just one drink, he pulled out his phone, resting his elbows on the counter and quickly texting her.

To: Talzy

Please tell me you’re on your way to Calen’s party? :relieved:

Thanking the bartender as he brought Dorian his drink, he noticed Mikel sitting in the living room looking, from his point of view, happy about this party. Putting his free hand in his pocket as he held the glass with his other hand, he walked towards Mikel with a playful smile on. “Sitting? Really? I thought you’d do something more fun.” Laughing lightly, he jokingly said as he sat down on an armchair, placing the glass down on the table.

Winter break was supposed to be fun and carefree, but now he had to worry again. Brandon heard about Calen’s party through one of his friends telling him about it. He didn’t really know who Calen was, but it could be a good opportunity to make new friends and get his mind off of things. The first person he thought about was Selena so, After putting on his clothes he came downstairs and sat at the table and sent her a text.

Are you going to the party today, or are you too knocked out from Winter Break?

He put down his phone, thinking about how he barely saw her over winter break. He was still contemplating going because he didn’t want to see Delilah, but he couldn’t hide forever.

He finally entered the house, and he wasn’t surprised by how luxurious it was. Mostly everyone in this neighborhood had one, but it looked better than his house.
“What to do first…” Brandon nervously got a drink from the food section and a bag of chips. He scanned the room and saw a group of people sitting near the corner, including Dorian and Mikel. He was happy to see Dorian but Mikel he wasn’t sure about.
“What’s up man!” He held his hand out to high five Dorian.

This was it. The ultimate way to jump to the top of the social ladder. Calen made sure to pull out all the stocks for this party, hiring the best of the best from the multiple award shows or the after-parties of the movie premieres his parents often attended, and so he posted on social media with pride that it was his party they were all going to. He scrolled through the many comments RSVP’ing and it became quickly obvious that his house would be filled very quickly - which was exactly what he wanted.

Soon enough, all attendees of the party had arrived in their extortionate cars and were enjoying his party. He walked over to his sofa, giving a nod at the people he crossed paths with telling him how great the party was. As he sat down, Calen’s head was down at his phone, watching as his feed filled with pictures of people at his house, which made his number of followed go up even higher than what it already was.

His head jolted up at the sound of someone’s voice a lot closer and clearer than everyone else’s. Calen looked up and down at the brunette girl dressed in all-white. Instead of a name coming to mind, the first thing Calen associated with her was the strange manner she when they last spoke - asking who his father was and then quickly leaving. And then they hadn’t spoken since. “Hey, thank you, uh…” Calen scratched his head, but then gave up. “I’m drawing a blank. Sorry. Vanessa?” He guessed, knowing that it wasn’t correct.

As she told him her actual name, Calen’s head tilted to the side at Mikel Lucas getting the attention of a small circle, asking to play a game. “I’m in,” He called over. Calen looked back to the girl, whom he had temporarily neglected, “Do you want to come?” He asked her.

They both joined the new gathering of seniors, who were still talking amongst themselves and not yet interested as a specific game had not yet been suggested. “How about truth or dare?” He quickly suggested. Before everyone could finish nodding in agreement, he turned to the girl he was speaking to before and decided to start the game on her. “So, truth or dare?” Calen asked.

Tala Garzon

Exercise, self-training, healthy eating, and sleep.

Tala, finally, was back to her usual routine… or at least for now. After her wholesome celebration for Christmas—which, by the way, ended in her being her usual “punctual” self—she has been spending her time doing what she was supposed to do. She spent her time wisely and fairly, and she’s really proud of it, needless to say.

Grabbing her bowl of meal, she threw herself on her sofa and reached for the remote to turn the television on. Just as she did, her phone buzzed and lit up—showing a name that got her excited enough to pick it up almost instantaneously. She read the text message, and her nose only wrinkled at it. A party? she thought. When will I ever even be willing to go to one… She wasn’t really supposed to be home, wearing her favorite hoodie, eating dinner while watching the T.V. She was supposed—or at least she was expected—to be in one of her schoolmates’ house, partying until she’s wasted.

But that wasn’t Tala. Tala was this girl who is home, wearing her favorite hoodie, and eating her dinner while watching T.V.

She snickered as she hit send, but paused for a second after having second thoughts. To think of it, going to this party would give her the chance to have fun with all of her friends; on the other hand, she didn’t really feel comfortable at going to an unknown person’s house for a party… nor does she even want to go to one. But she only shrugged it off, rushing upstairs to change into something rather simple.

She arrived fast to the host house, thanks to the directions given to her by a precious friend. Smiling at people she passed by, the first person she looked for was—of course—Dorian. Spotting him fast in the living room with other people, she rushed towards him and punched him lightly on his shoulder. She laughed and looked at Mikel—who… didn’t really look good to her.

“Oh God, you don’t look so human now.” she said, laughing as she sat on the arm of the chair beside Dorian and crossing her arms. She looked at a boy—who she assumed to be Dorian’s friend—and waved at him with a “Hi.”

Her ears perked up at the sound of when someone said “Truth or Dare,” immediately swerving her head to whoever said it. A wide grin plastered on her face, looking at Dorian excitedly. “You’re joining, right?” she asked and looked at Mikel for a confirmation as well.

Do you want to come? Calen asked “you bet” she smirked lightly and headed over to the where everyone was gathered for the game while sipping her drink
so, truth or dare? he asked her after a game of truth or dare was decided

If it was possible to experience withdrawals from not being in a certain place - Candice was experiencing it. She missed Paris or, perhaps, she rather missed the fact of being in a place where there were no expectations of her: especially with four amazing girls that she had the opportunity to grow closer with. Well, Valerie and Candice had always been a close friend; but Jezebel, Kara, and Zion hadn’t necessarily been until after this trip.

Talking about expectations - Candice’s eyes wavered over her phone where an invitation for a party awaited. The one party that people had been talking about for the last few days; though with the students who went to her school, any party with free booze, and no parental supervision was one worth talking about. Though CC had gone back and forth about showing up; she knew there was an expectation of her showing up - even if it was just for a little bit. And, at the very least, at least she had the opportunity to see a few of her friends she hadn’t seen in a month… though it also meant seeing people she had been avoiding; namely, Delilah Hawthorne.

Getting changed, Candice settled on checking the party out. At the very least, she could go inside, make the rounds, and then just make a quick escape.
Settling on using her driver - she made the man park the car a short walk away from the house in case she did want to leave (knowing that these parties usually meant every car was blocked in for hours). She couldn’t remember who’s house this was however, it was one of the newer students. Going inside; Candice waved and smiled at those already scattered around at the party. Per what happened last time she was at a school party, Candice was strategically avoiding the open bar.

Though after a few minutes at the party Candice heard the inevitable question of 'let’s play a game," - this time leaving the lips of Mikel Lucas. With a shrug - the girl joined the gathering group of seniors - taking a seat next to Mikel as the words “I’m in” left her lips.

Valerie, of course.” He repeated, acting as though he was annoyed at fogetting - though knowing that he would do so again as soon as the conversation ended. He was bad with names, who could blame him? He only remembered the important names. The celebrities he had crossed paths with due to his father and the students at the school with parents in high places that could be beneficial to him. “We met at the… September party, right?” Calen quickly asked, making sure this was the same Valerie that acted weird towards him

By suggesting the game and asking the first question - as well as the fact that it was at his house, Calen smiled as he felt as though he was in control of this small gathering. Everyone’s eyes were on him and Valerie as she selected dare and waited for the first dare to come through.

He decided to start off the game easily, as Calen expected that this game could get dangerous and revealing very quickly. “Okay…” He started, and then started to scan and point around the circle, and then when he got back to Valerie, he finally continued. “I dare you to kiss the person who you are most attracted to here.” Then he leaned back and watched as she went to pick someone. It was basic, sure, but it was always an effective one and was the perfect dare to start the game.

Valerie,of course. She nodded, but she had a feeling it won’t be the last time she reminds him of her name
We met at the… September party, right?
She nodded “yes, we did” she said with a light smile and thought for a minute “wow that was so long ago this year is fast!” She added and sipped her drink
The game started and more people joined, she noticed Candice join in and lightly smiled at her, they did need to catch up a bit they haven’t done that in a while
okay… he started and got her focus back I dare you to kiss the person who you are most attracted to here
“Hmmm” she smirked lightly “interesting” she added quietly and got up looking around
She spotted Elodie sitting at the other side of the circle and well, can anyone be surprised that’s where her feet took her?
“Hey stranger” she smirked lightly, she subtly mouthed sorry before so only Elo can see it, before leaning in and kissing her.
God dammit.
She straightened back up and went to her seat again looking around, her eyes landed on Kara, the girl she met before going on break “Kara” she said and pointed at her with a smirk “truth or dare?”

“No; this is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Do you know who I am? I suggest you get together the documents I need immediately or I’ll make sure you’re fired before you can say ‘I’m sorry’… hello?” A groan left Daniel’s lips as he realized the man on the other side hung upon him. Oh, how Daniel hated the legal system in the US - but even more so, he hated that he had gotten himself into this mess in the first place. At least his vacation was fun for the most part; Mamond, Mikel, and Elodie had… gotten into more than fun messes. For every fun mess - there was one that Daniel needed to clean up.

Slamming his computer closed in frustration, Daniel stuffed his head in his hands. He had tried everything - and so far, nothing had worked. He was tired - to say the very least - but this was something he’d have to figure out sooner or later.

After a few moments of fruitless thinking, Daniel decided that he wouldn’t be able to fix… his little problem tonight. If anything, he needed to simply calm his mind for a few hours - and a party would be the perfect way to do that - even if it added the risk of seeing Jezebel; a girl he had been avoiding for 32 days, 14 hours, 43 minutes, and 54 seconds… but who was counting? That was soon followed with Delilah, who he’d been avoiding for 29 days 16 hours, 32 minutes, and 29 seconds.

Yes… there were a few too many people Daniel was avoiding nowadays - though, he couldn’t allow his avoidance to affect how people viewed him. After all: he was still Daniel Parker - meaning, he had an image to protect. One that showed he held no weaknesses.

Parking the Ferrari, Daniel entered the house with an air of confidence; his hands in his pockets with a layer of nonchalance on his features. However, as he scanned the room; Daniel found his eyes meeting Delilah Hawthorne’s - a flash of what happened weeks ago meeting his mind.

FLASHBACK:

“Mr. Parker… would you like me to wait out here?” Daniel looked at his pilot, worry filling his features as he stared at the man. “I don’t… I don’t know… just” he started, brushing the man off as he opened the door of the helicopter - running inside the clinic without answering the man’s question. “Sir… you can’t… park a chopper in the middle of our clinic,” Daniel heard as he rushed inside - though, again, he ignored the clinician’s words as he rushed through the hallways, looking inside the patient rooms as multiple nurses attempted to stop him. “DELILAH” he screamed through the halls - continuing to go down the rooms until he finally found her.

Daniel stood frozen at the door, looking at the girl who was lying on the bed - likely surprised at his appearance. “Did you really just text me and address and a time without replying to any question about what was happening?” Daniel asked - walking inside the room as he did so. “I’m going to be here for you through this,” he whispered - taking a seat next to the clinic bed as he did so.

PRESENT:
Taking a deep breath, Daniel walked towards her. “So… wonderful weather we’re having… huh?” - wow… he really just talked about the weather. What an idiot. “I… I mean you look great Delilah.”

Kara stopped staring at Madelyn when she heard someone call her name. “What?” She said in a irritated way, even though she didn’t mean to. She noticed Valerie facing her.

“truth or dare?”

“Wait, we’re playing truth or dare?” She paused for a second and then shrugged her shoulders. She had just gotten to know Valerie so she couldn’t give her a bad dare right?

“Dare.” She sat down on the nearest couch.
