”Never thought I’d be here for the day that Valerie Wood would complement me. Have we walked into an alternate universe?”
”maybe” she chuckled ”Hey I’m not such a monster!” she exclaimed and nudged him as he sat next to her ”Only sometimes” she added
“Remind me not to get into an argument with you while you’re that drunk… I do think you’d win,”
”I probably won’t remind you that sounds like a fun argument not gonna lie” she said with a mischievous smile and took another drink ”but yeah I’ll probably win I agree on that part”
”Yes, butt naked tea party. I only escaped when her mom came in and screamed at me – which I was happy about as weird as that sounds,”*
”Her mum yelled at you” she raised her brow, ”oh god. What an odd savior though” she added
“… and yes. It was a see-through table and we were at a French restaurant. So a few too many people saw and now I’m banned for life… which sucks because they had great food,”
Ay. That sucks” she said ”tough life parker” she added with a subtle smirk and a light shrug
“Ah, I have been told I’m a good distraction. Though Candice Clarke? Can’t say I’m surprised,”
”I figure you don’t like her really?” she asked and took another drink, by this point she was pretty drunk but she didn’t even mind
“Well, I’m glad it wasn’t Dom, because I do think with how drunk I am, If I saw him, I would have punched him at this point,”
”well good thing that you didn’t see him” she said, wondering why he seemed to hate him so much, but it also didn’t really matter.
“Hey…also…I’m sorry about the kiss, Probably shouldn’t have done that… but I’ve been known for my fair share of rash decisions recently”
”It’s okay” she said ”I don’t think you’d do that if you didn’t have a reason to, it’s still me” she said, which as far as she knew, wasn’t technically wrong. ”Not sure if it makes it any better but I actually never experienced you to be a good kisser” she chuckled lightly ”consider me pleasantly surprised”
“Okay this has gotten depressing,”
She looked at him slightly confused as he got up and put on music on his phone “Come on, get up, It’s prom night, we should be dancing,”
She smiled, he was kinda right, and also she liked that song so she wasn’t complaining at all. For being stuck in an elevator, this was probably the best part of her night, which surprised her a lot, but only for the better. Who would have thought she’d actually enjoy the presence of Daniel Parker? ”You’ll never hear me say no to dancing” she said with a smile, glancing up at him before she got up, but losing balance as she stood up too fast ”Oopsie” she said quietly and straightened back up ”I’m alive” she exclaimed and rad a hand through her hair fixing it
