Akio Moore
With Audrey || Mess Hall
Of course, Akio did not miss the way the girl, Audrey, aggressively stabbed her cake in order to eat it following his comment. Had he said something wrong? He had not intended to say anything hurtful and was unsure of what had seemingly hurt her feelings. At this point, he was somewhat regretting his decision to sit with her simply because he felt as though he had somehow messed up. He tried to get out of that mindset, however, and instead tried to convince himself that he had purely read into the way she ate her cake too much. Or perhaps she had seen someone that made her angry. Either way, he moved on, mumbling something about how it was nice to meet her.
Audrey’s next question came quickly and shocked him. He somehow managed to meet her eyes, his brows raised. “I, uh… I would like to think that there are no traitors… I am not sure that I could pick anyone, especially when I do not know many people here.” Akio frowned, his eyes wandering the room at this point. The only thing he was certain of was that it could not be Dustin, Evita, or Frankie. Those were the three people he was closest to at the camp, so it would be hurt if any of them were the traitor.
“Do you have any suspicions?” His voice was low at he asked as he then began to eat again.
Eventually, the trial began and Akio made sure that he was silent so that he could listen to what was said. His stomach felt hollow like an empty pit. How was he suppose to vote for someone the he potentially had not even met yet?

We could continue with them talking about their opinions and such if you want-- if not, that’s cool too!

Arden Mae Marino
Clone || With Marcus
An eye roll quickly followed Marcus’, “Ah, finally some intelligence.” She then gagged in response to another one of his usual terms of endearment that were more often than not lacking any meaning. It was a natural response. Even if she had wanted to, she could not have stopped herself from gagging. Shaking her head, she set out into a quick jog following him since he insisted on getting there quickly. “It’s strange that you’re in such a rush to, y’know, lose. I get the feeling that you must be some sort of masochist, right?” She spoke casually as she picked out her preferred weapon, or rather, weapons. Arden often preferred twin short-hand blades over any large sword. They were easy to fight with and allowed her to get up close and personal with an enemy. She had discovered in Valhalla that she preferred hand-to-hand combat with two blades, the sizes varying. She noticed that Marcus had picked up a dagger, so it seemed that it would be a better match either way. It would just be awkward to fight with a full length sword or axe or anything of the sort.
She picked up the weapons, finally answering his question. “…But yes, I’m ready.” She turned towards him, adjusting her grip so that it was more comfortable.

I suppose we could do dice to keep it fair? Either she wins and she’ll never let him forget about it or vice versa. I imagine that if he won though, he’d probably gloat until the point where she slaps or punches him since she’d be full of energy, only to then feel bad about it since they were done sparring
Cress Keaton
With Laron || Outside
A bit of laughter escaped in response to his questioning. “Hm, perhaps a bit of both? I intended for it to be a lighthearted compliment, though.” She mimicked his expression, an eyebrow raised. The only difference was the small, barely contained smile that appeared on her lips as per usual. So far, Laron seemed to be a rather intense dude in some aspects and she was uncertain as to how she felt about him or what to make of him.
The topic changed easily enough, though, so she moved on as well. “Oh, really? I had no clue. I do find it funny that you know so much about the origin of my name, though!” She tilted her head to get a better read of his expression up until the moment his hands shot up to his forehead. “Ah! We’re almost there, don’t worry about it… Are you okay though?” Once she managed to relax her body again, she peered at his face with suspicion. There was a small, absolutely minuscule part of her that worried about him. Did this have something to do with the sickness the fell upon some of the campers? She was unsure.
Shortly after, they arrived at the mess hall. Naturally, Cress kept an eye on him and questioned whether or not he wanted food. She offered to get him a plate-full if he wanted.
They had made it just in time for the trial, though, so the atmosphere was tense. It made her heart lurch and once she had food for herself, she relatively close to Laron. Although she had no issue making friends, something told her that now was not the time to introduce herself to other people. Plus, the man with accent’s words echoed in the back of her mind and kept her from letting Laron leave her sight (or side, for that matter) for too long.
@anon41771169 || Laron It’s all good! I wasn’t sure if you wanted them to stick together during this or not but if not, he can just casually slip away when she’s eating or something, haha. But just in case, I wrote it so that it’d work if they stuck together (at least, I hope so)!
