I feel like people donā€™t believe in ghosts and that people can have the ability with interacting with that type of stuff because how can our minds even fricken do that?

Yeah we have some really sound theories, and we know roughly how it works. We donā€™t know why yet, for sure. And we donā€™t know everything about sleep cycles or why they exist the way they do.

Itā€™s an interesting field of research, though. All the reading Iā€™ve done on it is nothing short of fascinating

Kinda same (my temper was really bad a couple years ago), Iā€™m alright until someone disrespects someone Iā€™m close to. Or even if there acquaintances but still chill them Iā€™ll get protective over them. I almost got in my first fight cause someone started disrespecting my friends mom (they were doing it in front of me and my friends mom)

Ooh! I know this sleep technique.

Ok, so try going to sleep and imagine all the muscles in your body slowly relaxing, first your face, then all the way down your body.

Itā€™s really helped me!

Also, get up and do something relaxing- walk around, read, write, get food, just something that gets you out of your bed and then try going to sleep.

Yeah, then donā€™t- get up and do something! Maybe youā€™ll feel tired later, but youā€™re going to feel terrible if you donā€™t get any sleep tonight!

Really? :joy::rofl::blue_heart::green_heart::purple_heart: Kind of true, if you think about it. My sisterā€™s 5ā€™3, and boi, her temper sometimes drives me insane. :rofl:Although Iā€™m 6ā€™4ā€¦and I get angry really easily. :joy: I tend to bottle up and hide all my inner rage. :laughing:

I had this weird dream. Normally I have really chaotic dreams but this one seemed so realisticā€¦

Me and 5 other girls went to the house where a celebrity lived (heā€™s a singer and apparently really famous). He lived in something like a castle, but it wasnā€™t his real home, he was just staying there. We wanted to talk to him and we had some ā€œfan-presentsā€ for him. Obviously, his bodyguard didnā€™t let us in, so two of the other girls left. The rest of us managed to get inside the castle, but it looked like the celebrity was in his bedroom and it was a castle so we didnā€™t find him and his secretary kicked us out.

Again, one of the other girls left, so there was just me and two others who wanted to get back inside. Somehow I got inside again and managed to let the others in as well. Then I found a room which looked like an office but he wasnā€™t there so I looked out of a window and saw a bedroom. We wanted to jump out of the window to get there (wow, we really seem like stalkers if I think about this now) but then the secretary appeared again and told us to stop being so annoying and that heā€™s not ready to see anyone. But then I heard him say that she should let us in because heā€™s bored anyway. So we finally got to see him.

Thatā€™s when I realised that I wasnā€™t that big of a fan of him and I just came with the others because the two girls left were my friends.

So we were in an office with him in this big castle and I was a bit nervous, not because heā€™s a celebrity, but because Iā€™m always nervous around strangers. He seemed pleased to meet us and looked at our presents. As always, my presents werenā€™t just anything, they had a meaning behind them. I wanted to explain to him why I gave him those presents but I was stuttering and he just smiled at me. His secretary told me to calm down because not every girl gets the chance to meet him and I got angry at her and told her that I couldnā€™t care less about him being famous but Iā€™m just always scared of talking and strangers. I guess that he was impressed about me being so honest and tried to get my attention. He told me he has something for me and we went into another room. Well, I didnā€™t notice that I lost my phone in the office.

In the other room, he had a large collection of all kinds of accessories and he gave me a necklace which I didnā€™t really have a look at because all I was looking at were his cute eyes. But then we left the room again and I saw my friends smiling at me, then we left the castle.

Just then I realized that Iā€™ve lost my phone and I ran back alone to that office to get it, but he was also still there and asked if I was coming back for him. I said no and showed him my phone. He didnā€™t really care about that and just smiled at me, gave me a sticky-note with his phone number and kissed me on the cheek before asking his bodyguard to show me the way outside.
