I’m the same way. I have horrible periods every month. Cramping is nauseating most times for me. I hate it when men get mad at women about periods. They don’t understand the pain that comes from it or the emotional toll. I’m on my right now. It started yesterday. Usually cramping doesn’t bother me but this month is bad this time around.
