Not really? I have body issues because of it. Being a late bloomer really sucks.

I once told a teacher that I wanted kids (in the future) and I wanted to work instead of staying at home. She was all for the work part but got upset at me about that fact that I actually wanted kids, saying stuff like “Your feeding into the steryotypes by saying you want kids – women should not be forced to have kids, you shouldnt have kids,“ stuff like that.

Oof that teacher- I just wanna talk. That’s like saying you wanna get vanilla ice cream even though you actually really like chocolate ice cream more just cause everyone else is getting chocolate ice cream.

Idk if you can tell but I’m craving some vegan ice cream lol

I do not understand that anology.

I know how you feel. Having bigger boobs sucks!!

Lol it’s okay, so, what I meant is that, if you were to listen to the teacher, you wouldn’t be having kids cause everyone else is having kids even tho you want them too.

Vanilla ice cream = Going against what you want

Chocolate ice cream = Not getting/doing something cause everyone else is doing it.

To be fully honest, I’m scared of having sex.

I’d rather not have children either and I have my own reasons. But, when people remind me about having kids, they say: “you will be a mother”, my mom says: “don’t say it” whenever I say “I’d rather not have kids” or “if I’ll be a mother, but I am not sure about it” (I am saying this when someone blesses me to have kids in the future or says that I will be a mother). In addition, when someone older than me (someone that I know) asks me if I want to have children, and I say clearly that I’d rather not, she/he tells me “you are still young. You will want to have a husband and children”, and I don’t wanna be a mother. Nor do I want to have a romantic relationship with anyone. Sorrynotsorry, but having a husband +kids is not a part of my future plans. :unamused::roll_eyes: Cope with it already and respect it! :anger::anger:

Oof people need to let others have there own life, like, if you said you don’t want kids, they got there answer, they can stop pestering you about it.

I think that’s completely normal, you know what’s supposed to happen but it’s still gonna be new to you.

Exactly. That’s exactly why I hate talking about this issue. And people say: “expect the unexpected”, “everything can happen”. Oh, come on, spare me :anger:, and instead of pressuring me, just leave me alone and let me make my own decisions! :rage:

Exactly!

What happened to respecting women’s choices? We are not made to give birth!

This is a petty complaint, but every time I see my family, they’re just like “ Oh my gosh! Your hair is getting so long! “ It’s the first thing they say to me, and it’s so annoying.

Oof same, I would like to hear something other then “Wow your hair- It’s so long!!”

Lol the last time I went to the dentist he said I had very pretty hair- while I was in the chair and he was leaning over me. That was weird.

Omg, that’s so creepy! I would have said thanks and stopped talking

That happened to me once before also. The dentist even started to touch my hair

I mean- he said it because he was brushing the hair away from my face but he said it in kinda a creepy- condescending way.
