Tasty!!

Have you ever tried chia pudding? It’s tasty. You gotta have:

  • Greek yoghurt (I recommend full fat to make the chia seeds blow up)
  • chia seeds
  • Fruits of choice

Mix them up in a bowl or yoghurt pot and put it in the fridge for an hour or overnight.

I love the vanilla flavoured Greek yoghurt with chia seeds in it. So filling!! :yum::yum::yum::yum::yum:

It is. The gym I go to sell these prep meals when you walk in and I always seem to go for the blueberry/raspberry chia puddings or the vanilla & coconut protein pancakes. They’re so tasty!! :yum::yum::pancakes::pancakes:

O.

I kinda want to reply to the original subject of this thread, even tho I also have to say that looks so tasty @ShanniiWrites!

My health goals

Anyway I am someone who is really insecure about my body being a tiny bit overweight doesn’t help me since I know I would be happy with just a little bit of fat off… So I am trying to reach that in a healthy way by eating relatively small portions of fresh home cooked meals, and snacking with fruit, vegetables or sometimes a few nuts. I like walking, running and cycling a lot and besides that I do some exercising 3/4 days a week. I have to be really careful to keep checking if I am still being healthy in my goals and don’t want to go too extreme since I know it’s triggering for me. I feel like I made progress tho, even tho my weight didn’t change much I saw body changes from fat to more muscles so that’s nice I guess, but I will lower the amount of exercise and just focus on eating healthy and taking my bike to uni more instead of the bus (I already go on my bike often but there’s still improvement possible). About mental health it’s so much better than it used to be but still anxiety and insecurities are an issue which I have to keep working on.

I do not like plain Greek yogurt. I actually don’t LOVE yogurt, but I wish I did. How about pudding. Does that count?

If it’s made out of Greek Yoghurt then probably not for you.

Greek yogurt pudding?! I was just thinking chocolate.

Hahah yes that’s a thing, I already mentioned it in this thread. You just add chia pudding into the Greek Yoghurt.

Haha oh right. What about :custard::custard::custard::custard:

Ohhhh maybe that would be good!
What’s that?
