Especially because of his 13th birthday. She was really the main reason he survived Elettra stabbing him thenā¦ She was 8 years old trying to keep her big brother from bleeding out in their own homeā¦ that helped make a pretty strong bondā¦
And itās why sheās so scared of him dying. Thereās a part of her that feels responsible for keeping him alive, that if heās gone, that means the part of her thatās still the scared little girl failedā¦ that she wasnāt able to fix things, to protect and save the person who has always looked out for her.
And thatās everything he wants.

In that world heās still close with Akielah, like heās close with all his siblings, but she is smart enough to notice things with him that other people might miss, and both understand each other in feeling sort of out of place, but there isnāt quite the same bond as they have in the main timeline (because he wasnāt stabbed by Elettra)
Jez would be sad if he didnāt want to be her friend because of thatā¦ I wonder how it wouldāve affected her growing upā¦
How would Jess have felt about Jez thoughā¦
Kaiās known this whole time how its normal for her to wake up in the middle of the night like that, because it wakes him up if heās not already awake, but she really has no idea he deals with the sameā¦

When I go to work on that alt, the question will be exactly what changed things. Was Anna not pregnant? Did Anna just not know yet, or not tell Jess yet? Or was there some other reason?
If he did, he definitely wouldāve asked for any help to look out for her.

Like, I can imagine plenty for Ziah (Iād have to do multiple so she could have a day with people other than Kaya and Andy) Like, a Ziah with Riker day, a Ziah with Kaya and Andy day (or a day with each), a Ziah and Kasper day, a Ziah and Dori day
Or even alt (the Jess dream world one) Ziah and Dori
Alt Kai (after his death scene) with Jess and their kid for a dayā¦
Then there could be other characters too
I donāt know, one that came to my mind was what if Jordanās mom could see Jordan and meet Jez
