But if your characters weren’t at the dance - they wouldn’t know all of that anyways so you could also 
ignore it

No, it was great, but it’s okay if it isn’t there it is hard to keep it up so don’t give yourself the stress of having to read every single interaction in order to comment on it, that would be hard to do even if you didn’t have something else to do in a day, this way it’s even worse
